Get help with a purchase
Include your account ID, the item name and your Apple transaction reference if available. Never send a password, sign-in token, full payment details or identity document by email. Apple manages App Store payments and refund requests.
Delete your account
Use the account deletion option in the app’s settings. If you cannot access your account, email an account deletion request from your registered email address. We will verify account ownership before processing it.
Deletion removes account access and the associated profile. Unused virtual items cannot be cashed out. Limited transaction, security and audit records may be retained where needed for legal obligations or fraud prevention; the final privacy policy will state the applicable retention periods.
Report a concern
Include the relevant account or room identifier, time and a brief description. Do not include another person’s private identity information.
