Scope

AIPoker Club is a social Texas Hold’em app intended for adults 18+ in Australia. It uses free play chips and optional Credits for specific cosmetic items, with no cash-out or transferable prizes.

Account and sign-in information

We process your email address, account identifier, profile information and the identifiers returned by your chosen OAuth sign-in provider to create and secure your account. OAuth sign-in does not require us to store your provider password.

Game, Credits and purchase records

We process gameplay progress, room participation, invitations, play-chip and Credits records, cosmetic entitlements, and purchase transaction references to operate the game, fulfil purchases, resolve support requests and prevent abuse. Apple handles payment processing; we do not collect full card details.

Age assurance

We retain the age-assurance conclusion and its validity information to determine access. We do not store identity-document images or facial images in AIPoker Club. Any external age-assurance provider and its processing must be disclosed and reviewed before launch.

Security and service operation

Necessary session, operational and security records support authentication, reliability, fraud prevention and investigations. Access to administrative tools is restricted and sensitive operations are audited.

Advertising and sharing

The first release is designed without advertising SDKs. Service providers may process information necessary for hosting, sign-in, age assurance and payments. The final policy must identify applicable providers, processing locations and safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Data should be kept only as long as needed for its stated purpose and applicable obligations. Exact retention periods are pending formal review. You can request deletion through the app or contact support; limited records may remain where needed for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention.
